Before Tooth Whitening Before - Stained teeth as a result of drinking tea, coffee, or red wine or smoking.

After Tooth Whitening After - Tooth Whitening rejuvenates this smile.

Tooth Whitening

Teeth discolor due to aging or consumption of drinks like coffee, tea, cola, red wine, etc. To remove these stains, a hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide gel is used in a custom fit bleaching tray that is worn on your teeth. In a matter of days you will notice your teeth returning to their natural whiteness. For quicker results, a light activated bleaching system, ZOOM, is used which yields whiter teeth in only one hour! As far as safety, extensive research and clinical studies indicate that teeth whitening is the safest cosmetic dental procedure available.

Before White Bonded Filling Before - Silver fillings.

After White Bonded Filling After - White Bonded fillings replace old metal fillings.

White Bonded Fillings

Composite, or tooth-colored, fillings provide good durability and resistance to tooth fracture as opposed to the older silver, or amalgam, type of fillings. Less tooth structure is removed when the dentist prepares the tooth for a composite filling, resulting in a smaller filling than that of an amalgam. Composites can also be "bonded" to teeth to improve esthetics. Overall, composites are becoming more common than amalgam as the filling material of choice.

Porcelain Veneers

Porcelain veneers are the preferred restorative choice when it comes to esthetics. These restorations are particularly desirable because their color and translucency mimic natural tooth enamel. A veneer covers only the front of the tooth and is reserved more for esthetic purposes.

Before Porcelain Crowns Before - this molar had a fractured silver filling from tooth decay.

After Porcelain Crowns After - a Prismatik Clinical Zirconia crown.

Porcelain Crowns

Porcelain crowns are the preferred restorative choice when it comes to esthetics. These restorations are particularly desirable because their color and translucency mimic natural tooth enamel. A crown, or cap, completely covers a weak tooth to protect it from breakage.
